1. About GML

Global Mobility Leaders Network (“GML”, “we”, “us”) is a private, invitation-only professional network for senior leaders in the global mobility ecosystem. Access to GML is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Membership

  • GML membership is limited to experienced professionals (manager level and above or equivalent).

  • All applications are subject to review and approval.

  • GML reserves the right to accept, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

  • Membership fees are non-transferable.

3. Use of the Platform

Members agree to:

  • Act professionally and respectfully at all times

  • Share information responsibly and in good faith

  • Respect confidentiality of discussions and insights

  • Not use the platform for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion

GML may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these principles.

4. Confidentiality

  • Discussions, content, and insights shared within GML are considered confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Members must not share, publish, or distribute internal content without prior consent.

  • This obligation continues even after membership ends.

5. Events & Media Consent

By attending GML events or activities, members agree that:

  • Photos, videos, and recordings may be taken

  • GML may use such material for marketing, communications, and documentation

  • Members may request removal of identifiable media where reasonable

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

7. Intellectual Property

  • GML branding, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of GML or its partners.

  • Members retain ownership of their own content but grant GML a license to display it within the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

GML provides a networking platform only and does not guarantee business outcomes, partnerships, or financial results. Participation is at the member’s own risk.

9. Termination

GML may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these Terms or actions that harm the network.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GML is legally established.
